Prioritize safety first
Safety first when using our craft ideas and instructions. Our website and all the crafts and instructions are intended for adults. While we have included some safety tips, adults should use their best judgment to ensure children are supervised and safe.
Adult Supervision is Required: It is important to have adult supervision when doing arts and crafts projects with children. Keep a close eye on children, step in to prevent safety issues, and ensure proper use of all materials. Avoid using small objects (beads and buttons) for young kids due to choking hazards. Pay attention to sharp or flammable materials. Always follow safety warnings on the product labels, and seek medical attention if a product is accidentally ingested or when a rash appears on the skin. Provide supervision when using potentially dangerous tools like scissors, skewers, or certain paints. Adults should always handle chemicals and hot objects and operate dangerous tools, such as craft knives, hot glue guns, ovens, etc. Lastly, ensure that crafts do not obstruct a child’s mouth, vision, hearing, or movement.
