Step-by-step apple stamps craft instructions
Step 1: Gather the craft supplies you need for this craft.
Step 2: Decide if you want to make multiple apple print greeting cards or one giant apple artwork; see the pictures. Take the right size of paper for your craft.
Step 3: Take a cutting board and cut your apple in half; an excellent clean cut, so it´s easy to stamp.
Step 4: Decide the colors you like for your apple cards and take a small plate to apply the paint. With a sponge, apply the paint on one half of your apple till your apple is nicely covered in paint. Don’t use too much paint because you want a lovely clean stamp. You can use washable paint (recommended for working with small kids) or acrylic paint, as we did. Now make a test stamp on a piece of scrap paper.
Step 5: When you´re happy with your test stamp, we will stamp it on our white paper. You can use multiple-colored apples or keep your apples one color. If you switch color, you can easily wash your apple in the sink, dry it carefully with a paper towel and use it again.
Step 6: Let your apple stamps fully dry before we are going to decorate them
Step 7: Draw silly expressions on your apples with a marker. You can also use googly eyes; they make your apple look silly!
Step 8: For the final step, we will add small branches and leaves and glue these on top of your apple stamp.
